Iron Jungle is one of five Stage 05s.

Iron Jungle can be reached by completing the Hero mission of The Doom, the Normal mission of Sky Troops, or the Dark mission of Mad Matrix.

Eliminate the GUN Beetles!
Guide: Dr. Eggman
Objective: Defeat 28 GUN soldiers.
Tips: At each checkpoint, you should have these many GUN soldiers defeated:
- Checkpoint 2: 05/28
- Checkpoint 3: 09/28
- Checkpoint 4: 14/28
- Checkpoint 5: 16/28
- Checkpoint 7: 23/28
Take the top path after checkpoint five to find the rest of the Beetles.

Find the entrance to Eggman's base!
Objective: Reach the Goal Ring.
Tips: Have a full Hero Gauge after your first parachute.
Take top section after fifth checkpoint.

Shoot down Eggman's airship!
Guide: E-123 Omega
Objective: Destroy the Egg Balloon before it reaches the end of the stage.
Tips:
- Don't destroy the first two Egg Pawns in the level. If you don't, you should have a full Hero Gauge at the point where using Chaos Control will help you reach a machine gun turret before the Egg Balloon does, allowing a powerful attack.
- Take bottom rail after the fifth checkpoint to ride by the Egg Balloon at this point.
- Before the Goal Ring, take the GUN Beetle's Semi-Auto Rifle, and use it on the balloon when you reach the final checkpoint.
- For a guaranteed A rank, complete the Last Story of the game and use the Shadow Rifle to take down the Egg Balloon.

Guide: E-123 Omega
Tips: Immediately move backwards to the gun turret and attack. If you attack as fast as you can, he should be able to jump off his platform before he destroys your turret. After that, he will destroy your turret, and you on it being damaged. Take the gun that falls off the turret then shoot as fast as you can.
His second form is easy enough, as long as you can avoid his shock waves when he jumps and lands.
