Jack Kerow-Hack[1] is a character that appears in the Sonic the Comic series published by Fleetway Editions. He is an anthropomorphic animal that reads poetry at The Groovy Train.

Jack Kerow-Hack is a large anthropomorphic animal with brown fur, fairly large ears, and blond hair. He wears yellow pants, a brown coat, a pair of brown shoes, and grey reading glasses.

It has been hinted that Jack Kerow-Hack would regularly visit The Groovy Train and read poetry. When Bio-Hazard came to the cafe, however, Jack Kerow-Hack was thrown across the bar and into Ebony, Pyjamas and Super Sonic's table by the villain.[1]

Jack likes to spontaneously read poetry, although it has been hinted that he is not very good at it.[1]

  • Jack Kerow-Hack is a reference to the American novelist and poet Jack Kerouac. His name also includes a pejorative term for a low-quality writer, a "hack".
