John M. Burns, also credited as John M Burns or just John Burns, is an artist and colorist whose career spans back to the 1960s.

CareerEdit

For Sonic the Comic, Burns only ever provided coloring for other artists' work, although his style of using vivid colors was almost instantly recognizable. Outside of STC, Burns has drawn for national newspapers, 2000AD and adaptations of Jane Eyre and Wuthering Heights.
