The Justice Brigade were a team of gaudily-dressed superheroes from New Tek City in the Special Zone.
History
Edit
They frequently clashed with the Discriminators, an equally bizarre team of supervillains, although their reason for doing so was simply because fighting each other is what heroes and villains do. They were occasionally aided by the Chaotix Crew.
They were led by Captain Tornado, an anthropomorphic bear in a red-and-blue costume who wore a rocket on his back.[1]

- The Justice Brigade and Discriminators were intended as parodies of American comic book superhero teams, who (according to writer Nigel Kitching) seem to "knock hell out of each other for no particular reason".[2]
