Catherine Davis "Kate" Higgins (born 16 August 1969) is an American voice actress, singer and jazz pianist. Born in Charlottesville, Virginia and grew up in Auburn, Alabama. She is the current voice actress for Wave the Swallow and the voice of Miles "Tails" Prower as of Sonic Free Riders Sonic Colors [2]
In 2014 she was replaced as Tails by Colleen O'Shaughnessey [3] Charmy Bee .
Acting Career Her other noticeable roles include Lissa in Fire Emblem: Awakening , Sakura in Naruto and in Naruto Shippuden , Talho in Eureka Seven , Karin, Captain Unohana, Nanao and Lilinette in Bleach , C.C. in Code Geass , Saber from the anime Fate/stay Night and Juniper Woods in Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney: Dual Destinies , while she has recently voiced Torakaka in Blazblue: Continuum Shift and Pascal in Tales of Graces f . She is also an accomplished singer.
