Kenji Terada (寺田 憲史 Terada Kenji?, born in 1952) is a Japanese scenario writer, anime director, series organizer and novelist. He created the concept and back-story for the Sonic the Hedgehog manga produced by Shogakukan between 1992 and 1994, although the stories themselves were written and illustrated by different creators.
