The Lands of the Doomed is a location that appears in the Sonic Boom series. It is a region on Seaside Island filled with treacherous and dangerous terrains that Knuckles the Echidna imagined during a chili pepper-induced dream.[1][2]

Description[]

Located deep within the wilderness on Seaside Island, the Lands of the Doomed are a diverse region of mountains, grass fields, cliff sides, forests and deep open mines. Befitting its name, these lands are extremely difficult and dangerous to travel through due to the unstable and untamed terrains and fields rigged with booby-traps.[2]

Within the Lands of the Doomed, there is a pole with a button connected to a megaphone, which gives the travelers an welcome message before they are taken to the home of the Pepper People via a moving recliner.[2]

TV series[]

Season one[]

In the dream he had after losing consciousness from eating a new type of pepper, Knuckles the Echidna came to the Lands of the Doomed seeking the Lost Pepper of Claggerhorn, traveling through it in the hardest way possible. He eventually encountered a speaker that congratulated him for his progress, only for it to trigger another trap which took him into the clutches of the Pepper People. There, Knuckles heard their tragic story over their loss of Claggerhorn and agreed to help them reclaim it.[2]
