You may be looking for Leung West

Leung Kar (also known as Kar Leung or Lau Kar) was a Mobian village located in the Dragon Kingdom thousands of miles east from Mobotropolis. Years ago, a group of its villagers immigrated to the outer reaches of the Kingdom of Acorn and established the colony of Leung West. (StH: #86, SSS: #8)

Ian Flynn has stated that "Presumably, this was the village that the colonists left behind to establish Leung West."

For roughly fifty years, the town suffered pillaging and terrorism by a group of thieves known as the Yagyu Ninja. In 1999, the Yagyu Ninja attempted to steal again from the Temple of the Golden Lotus, but were stopped and chased off by Monkey Khan, who had immigrated to the region that year. Monkey Khan and two of the other townspeople, Liu Fang and Liu Chi Me, tracked down the Yaguy Clan and managed to retrieve fifty years of stolen loot, while causing the clan's own robot dragon to chase them off. (SSS: #8)

Later that same year, Leung Kar was invaded by the forces of Dr. Eggman. While Monkey Khan was rendered unconscious and captured, Eggman's forces rounded up the village's population and roboticized them. Although Monkey Khan managed to escape and chase off Eggman, the village was reduced to a "burning ghost town" as Eggman flew off with the captured Robians. (StH: #87)

Ian Flynn has stated he considers Kar Leung and Leung Kar to be two different locations. However, given the name being nearly identical, this is not considered canon unless it is depicted in the comics, and the two are considered the same village. Both also housed a "Temple of the Golden Lotus", which would suggest them being the same village.
