Louis is a monkey who appears in the Adventures of Sonic the Hedgehog episode "High Stakes Sonic".
History

Louis lost all his money gambling on games of rock-paper-scissors with Robotnik's goon, Smiley the Shark, and was forced into laboring for him in the desert. He and the Gambler Sheep were later rescued by Sonic the Hedgehog. After being saved, Louis showed interest in becoming a Freedom Fighter.[1]
