Nack the Weasel, Sonic Universe #23

The Marvelous Queen, also referred to as the Sky Cycle[1] or the Sky Sled,[2] is a vehicle that appears in the Sonic the Hedgehog comic series and its spin-offs published by Archie Comics. It is an ion-powered hover-bike used by the bounty hunter, Nack the Weasel, as his main mode of transportation.

Description

Features and abilities

The Marvelous Queen is a versatile hover-bike with a wide array of weapons, traps and devices built into it.[3] It also has a feature that allowed its body to extend to carry extra passangers.[4]

History

The Marvelous Queen was first seen when Nack the Weasel used it to reach the Floating Island with an unconscious Sonic the Hedgehog, only to be taken out by Knuckles upon arriving. Sonic then used the Marvelous Queen himself to get back home.[1]

When Nack later took out Sonic the Hedgehog in Knothole, he drove the Marvelous Queen to Robotropolis to hand him over to Dr. Robotnik.[5] When Sonic subsequently tracked Nack down, he fled on the Marvelous Queen. However, Sonic snug into a compartment on the bike, knocked Nack out, and reprogrammed it to crash and detonate one of the facilities in Robotropolis.[2]

Later, when Nack was free from Knothole, he and his goons captured Sally Acorn and sped off on the Marvelous Queen.[6] Rouge the Bat later used the bike to carry numerous captured criminals to prison, Nack included.[7] Later, Nack used the bike to transport Team Hooligan during their search for a Sol Emerald which they lost after a four-way brawl between them, Team Rose, Team Dark and the Babylon Rogues.[4][8][9]

Note: From this point, the Marvelous Queen's history continues from its new existence in the altered timeline.
