Masonic is the ancestor of Sonic, whom he greatly resembles. He was the fastest bricklayer in Mobigypt. He appeared in the Adventures of Sonic the Hedgehog cartoon series episode, "Robotnik's Pyramid Scheme". He is voiced by Jaleel White.
History

Dr. Robotnik went into the past and tried to stop Masonic from meeting Penelope, Masonic's future bride, so that they would not fall in love and have children. If Dr. Robotnik succeeded then Sonic would have not have existed. Sonic and Tails traveled to ancient Mobigypt and foiled Robotnik's plan. However, they then went to Penelope's Chili Dog stand for a bite and kept Masonic waiting in line too long. Losing patience, Masonic left to get a falafel instead and Sonic ceased to exist. Tails quickly launched Masonic towards Penelope's Chili Dog stand and the two instantly fell in love and Sonic existed again.
After helping Sonic defeat Dr. Robotnik, Masonic and Penelope were married by the Pharaoh of Mobigypt and Sonic and Tails stood as witnesses.
