Mayor Fumfer, aka Robot Secret Agent Fumfer, is the Mayor of Popodopolis. He is secretly a robot working for Doctor Robotnik.
History
Edit
When Popodopolis was attacked by giant robots, Mayor Fumfer attempted to thwart them by giving them excessive paperwork to fill out, but they simply disintegrated it. Once the city was saved by Sonic, he presented Sonic with the key to the city and a ticket for two to a thrill-seekers' holiday on the island of Sanpelagroso. Sonic and Tails immediately sped off to their adventure. Fumfer then reported his success to Robotnik by means of a telephone in his chest cavity - the holiday was another plot by Robotnik to get rid of Sonic. However, because he had done his job perfectly, Robotnik no longer needed him and so Fumfer was fired.[1]
