Witness my evil dream to get rid of Mobius of music and fun forever. My latest invention, the mean bean-steaming machine will not only dispose of those fun-loving jolly beans of Beanville, but turn them into robot slaves to serve my evil purposes. Robots. Bring me those beans.

Dr. Ivo Robotnik, Dr. Robotnik's Mean Bean Machine

The Mean Bean-Steaming Machine, also referred as the Mean Bean Machine,[1] is an object that appears in both the 16-bit and 8-bit versions of Dr. Robotnik's Mean Bean Machine. It was a large roboticization device created by Dr. Ivo Robotnik to turn the bean folk of Beanville into robot slaves.

History[]

As a part of his plan to menace Mobius and its inhabitants, Dr. Ivo Robotnik created the Mean Bean-Steaming Machine in his fortress to turn the jolly Bean folk of Beanville into devious robots that would help him rid the planet of music and fun forever. As a part of his plan, the doctor had his henchbots round up the unfortunate bean folk and group them together in dark dungeons so they could be sent to the Mean Bean-Steaming Machine.[1]

When Robotnik and his henchbots were defeated, the Mean Bean-Steaming Machine was destroyed during the process, freeing the Bean folk from their horrible fate.
