The Medal of Percival is an unlockable item in Sonic and the Black Knight.

It is obtained through defeating Sir Percival and buying it with enough ID Points. When it is equipped, it will play Blaze the Cat's and Percival's theme, "Vela Nova" from Sonic Rush. 2 Medals of Percival can be combined with 3 Steel Rapiers, 2 Ice Crystals, and 2 Wavestones to create Sir Percival's Final weapon Joyeuse.
