Well, I just achieved a gold chest while I was in second place as Amy Rose just this morning. And Platinum Chest (purple chest, 12 hours) yesterday as Knuckles. Funny that in the previous thread (Chest won at end of the race), you told me that you have yet to confirm whether I can still earn gold or rarer in second place. Well, I just achieved the Gold Chest.
And I will try again when that happened in the future so I can take photograph of it and upload it on imgur site just to show the proof. I missed the chance this morning.
So in other words; Gold Chest obtained while in second place is rare, similar to the Platinum Chest obtained in the first place. I am certain Emerald Chest is much rarer than Shadow and Metal. They both are still under-leveled on my case (Shadow is at level 2 and I just unlocked Metal yesterday evening).
Hello Mystic. Ultrasonic here. I have noticed your investment in the patches for Sonic Mania, and I was wondering if you could held your aid in that field. As you may know, Sonic Mania has had a patch released for the Switch. As far as I can understand, this patch has had an impact on Debug Mode. As such, I was wondering if you investigate if the controls for Debug Mode on our Sonic Mania article match those in the game, because I have no idea of what to do.
Debug Mode#Sonic Mania also mentions that Debug Mode is accessible through Level Select, which can be accessed on the title screen through a cheat. However, this cheat has seemingly be patched, so I was wondering if you could also investigate if that it is still possible to use Debug Mode this way.
I've confirmed the Debug Mode and Level Select Sonic Mania 1.03 stuff with PS4 version. I'm not sure about Xbox One version but I can assume they did the same (using button equivalents like Cross = A, Square = X etc.)
