The Metarex Gigatail attacked the Blue Typhoon as it entered the atmosphere of a planet occupied by forces under Metarex Crystal. It proved a formidable adversary but was defeated by a shot from the Sonic Power Cannon.

Powers and abilities

The Metarex Gigatail was armed with fire breath, sharp claws and teeth, and a mace-like tail. It also had rocket launchers on its lower torso.
