Mister Stripes from Sonic the Summer Special (1994).

Mister Stripes is a character that appears in the Sonic the Comic series published by Fleetway Editions. He is an anthropomorphic badger and the father of Stripes.

History

When Stripes ran away to join the Followers of Doctor Sun, Mister Stripes became concerned and turned to the Freedom Fighters for help. Sonic discovered that Doctor Sun was actually Doctor Robotnik, using the cult in order to turn Emerald Hill Folk into Badniks. After Sonic destroyed Robotnik's machine and shut down the operation, Mister Stripes was presumably reunited with his son.[1]
