Description

Modern Lair Magazine is a company who publishes issues that "brings the readers a contemporary upbeat take on evil" represented in the design and decoration of the lairs of villains. As such, they have very high standards to the lairs they consider including in their issues and therefore send their people to do site inspections to judge whether they qualify or not.[1]

The issues published by Modern Lair Magazine have not been revealed, though they incorporate themes such as "Island fortresses" for them. The issues' contents include front pages depicting the lairs they have chosen to publish, spreads and even adds for cleaning products.[1]

However, he was convinced by Eggman to give him a week to redecorate. When the assistant returned, he was much more pleased at the changes made by Amy and promised to return the next day with the photographer.
