The Mole Miners are a group of Moles that mine for coal on Mole Mountain. They are lead by McMole who is a good friend of Sonic the Hedgehog.

HistoryEdit

McMole called in Sonic, to help the miners speed up there mining work. Sonic and Tails gave them all Power Sneakers and blue spiny hard hats to motivate them to work faster like Sonic.

The Mole Miners along with the entire Mole Mountain were shrunken by Dr. Robotnik's Super Shrink Ray. Throughout the rest of the day, McMole bravely lead his miners in assisting Sonic to restore everything back to normal and defeating the evil doctor. The miners rode on an evil rat and bit the nasty leg of Dr. Robotnik.^[1]

• There is a similar character named Spelunk who is a mole that mines for treasure in Marble Zone.^[2] He could possibly be a relative to these characters.
