Mr. Bobo was Dr. Robotnik's beloved pet cockroach. He has never appeared in person, although a picture of him is seen in the episode So Long Sucker.
Description

For unexplained reasons, Mr. Bobo is no longer with Robotnik. Whether he died or ran away is not revealed. Robotnik keeps a photograph of him and describes him as being "A villain's best friend; brave, trustworthy, loyal and always willing to share his lunch." Robotnik misses Mr. Bobo a great deal and becomes teary-eyed whenever he thinks about him.[1]

- His name is a reference to Filipino (Philippine(s)) slang word of the same name meaning stupid, also refers to Scratch and Grounder.
