Mr. LaTour next to his daughter, Mindy.
Mr. LaTour is an anthropomorphic fox who is the father of Mindy LaTour, of whom he is very protective. He was forced to create robotic watches for Doctor Robotnik, and this operation was monitored by Agent N. He and his daughter resided upon the LaTour Estate before being forced into hiding.
