The Pais Misterioso, informally called Mysterious Cat Country is the main cat settlement on Mobius, located near Station Square and the Mystic Ruins.

HistoryEdit

Hundreds of years ago, the Mysterious Cat Country became the battle ground between the Cats and the Echidnas, who had immigrated from Albion in search of a new home. The warrior caste of the immigrant Echidnas known as the Knuckles Tribe remained to fight for their new land while the scientific elite left and found a new home in the continent of Downunda. The Knuckles Tribe was wiped out during their war with the Cats by the water creature Chaos when they attempted to use the Chaos Emeralds. (StH: #82) it was also the home of big the cat, who left due to the violence.
