NCircle Entertainment is a distribution company owned by Alliance Entertainment Corporation that specializes in children's television. The company was founded in 2006 and its headquarters are based in Dallas, Texas.

In 2006, after the folding of DIC's then-current home media distributor Sterling Entertainment, NCircle acquired the license to distribute certain DiC Entertainment shows onto DVD, including all three Sonic cartoons DIC had produced. The partnership ended by 2010, but NCircle continues to release Sonic and Mario DVDs under license from DHX Media. The company started to release Sonic Boom DVDs in 2019.
