Octopods are a species of aquatic creatures known to inhabit Moebius.

Princess Alicia and Buns Rabbot survived an encounter with them after being knocked into a toxic pool containing them by Sonic the Hedgehog, whom they had attacked mistaking him for Evil Sonic. (StH: #151)
The octopods are only mentioned, and never shown.
