Oliver Feld (born May 2, 1967) is a German actor who voiced Scratch in the German dub of Adventures of Sonic the Hedgehog.[1] His other roles include Kowalski from The Penguins of Madagascar and Stimpy from Ren and Stimpy.

His first role was a boy in Battlestar Galactica when he was 14. Since then, he trained at the Fritz-Kirchoff acting school, performed at several theaters in Berlin, and claims Edith Hancke to be a teacher. He had several television roles, but his main area is dubbing, and the official dub voice of Noah Wyle.
