Oliver Feld (born May 2, 1967) is a German actor who voiced Scratch in the German dub of Adventures of Sonic the Hedgehog. His other roles include Kowalski from The Penguins of Madagascar and Stimpy from Ren and Stimpy.
His first role was a boy in Battlestar Galactica when he was 14. Since then, he trained at the Fritz-Kirchoff acting school, performed at several theaters in Berlin, and claims Edith Hancke to be a teacher. He had several television roles, but his main area is dubbing, and the official dub voice of Noah Wyle.
