The Omega Care Unit is a special medical suit created by Julian Kintobor to care for Buns Rabbot. The Omega Care Unit looks a lot like E-123 Omega, except it's blue, has green eyes, has the peace sign on both of its shoulders instead of just the capital Omega symbol (Ω) on the front of its left, has metal circles on its wrist instead of spikes, the triangle symbols with lines on Omega's arms and flaps are replaced with circles and the care unit uses its claws along with stunning weapons instead of destructive.[1]

Added by FairfieldfencerThe Omega Care Unit was built by Julian Kintobor to prolong Buns' life after she developed Neuro-Immune Deficiency Syndrome. She also uses the suit as a means of protecting the doctor. Buns mistook Sonic for Scourge and attacked him and Amy Rose, after they came out of a dimensional portal into Julian's home to try and find assistance against the Suppression Squad.[2][3] She later accompanies Sonic and Amy to Castle Acorn to find Rosy the Rascal to help stop Scourge.[4]
The care unit is partially destroyed when Buns tried to protect the stolen Globe Posts from Rosy and lost.[5] Luckily, the suit still had some power left that she used to fly out of the Anti Castle Acorn and back to Dr. Kintobor's tower.[6] Dr. Kintobor had the suit back together in no time and Buns was later seen in it taking the stolen Globe Posts back to the doctor's tower.
AbilitiesEdit
The Omega Care Unit's main ability is creating a stasis field that prevents Buns N.I.D.S. from progressing and supports her immune system. It also has added battle abilities that were grudgingly included by Anti-Julian after Buns requested them. These include quick-hardening riot foam, soundwaves that make the victim dizzy and added strength.[1] It also has rocket boosters on the bottom of its feet and one on its back.
TriviaEdit
- The design of the Omega Care Unit is very similar of E-123 Omega's. Interestingly, this robot made its first appearance in the comics before Omega did.
