Peeper is a character that appears in the Adventures of Sonic the Hedgehog television series. He is a dumped robot of Dr. Ivo Robotnik's that can see two hundred miles away, but he can't see anything closer then that. He lives in Scrap Valley.[1] Peeper was intended to be Dr. Robotnik's spy, but was scrapped due to the flaw in his vision.
