A Pocky, from Sonic the Hedgehog #5.

The Pocky is a creature that appears in the Sonic the Hedgehog comic series and its spin-offs published by IDW Publishing. They are a race of rabbit animals that live on Sonic's world. The Pockies are constantly captured by the Eggman Empire, who uses them as batteries for their various Badniks.

The general Pocky resembles a light blue rotund domestic rabbit, although their anatomy is remarkably humanoid. They have large heads with large black eyes, white furry muzzles, long ears with light peach inner ears, a small black nose each, and two small buck teeth. Other features include small torsos with white bellies, stubby hind legs, long three-toed feet with white tips and bottoms, a white fluffy tail tassel each, and hair tuffs on their foreheads. They also have small arms with five-fingered hands.

Imprisonment and freedom

Following the emergence of Dr. Eggman, the Pockies have perpetually been kidnapped by the Eggman Empire to be used as power sources for the Badniks employed by the Eggman Empire's associates.

After the War, a group of Pocky-powered Antons and Hoverbys attacked the village where an amnesiac Dr. Eggman had settled down in. The Pockies inside these Badniks were soon after freed though after Sonic the Hedgehog and the Chaotix defeated the Badniks containing them.[1]
