Transforms Badniks into Gold Rings

Ring Time is a move that first appeared as a Skill in the console/PC version of Sonic Generations and later as a power-up in Sonic Jump (2012). When using Ring Time, the user turns nearby enemies into Rings.
Ring Time can be used only by Classic Sonic after he completes Sky Sanctuary's fourth Challenge Act, "Ring Time Challenge". This skill costs sixty Skill Points to equip. If it is equipped at the beginning of a level, then five identical symbols with a Moto Bug and a Ring will appear in the top left of the screen underneath the number of Rings, along with an icon of /, which must be pressed in order to activate the skill. Once the skill is activated, Classic Sonic is surrounded by an atom-like "shield". This skill lasts for fifteen seconds and any enemies that Sonic approaches during this time will be turned into rings.

Ring Time also appears in the 2012 version of *Sonic Jump as a power-up that can be found in Item Boxes. When used, the player is surrounded by a golden ring and golden sparkles for a limited amount of time. Whilst using Ring Time, any enemies that the player gets near will turn into a group of Rings which the player can collect.
The Ring Time power-up can also be purchased in the game's shop for two hundred Rings or six hundred Rings for a x5 bundle. Additionally, Ring Time can be upgraded to improve its performance.
Sonic Jump Fever
Ring Time also appears in Sonic Jump Fever as a power-up randomly found in Item Boxes only when using Tails or Silver. Its function is identical to that of the 2012 version of Sonic Jump. In addition, the player can also upgrade Ring Time for each user individually to improve its performance, extending its duration.
