The Science Center is a location that appears in the Sonic the Hedgehog comic series and its spin-offs published by Archie Comics. It is a scientific facility located in Onyx City in Silver's future. It thus falls under the administration of the Onyx City Council.

History

The Science Center has been the headquarters of the Onyx City Council's plot involving the Genesis Portals, from which they monitored these rifts in reality. Prior to this it had been established as a place to be feared, where beings with psychokinetic powers has been taken there only to vanish. However, upon confirming his theory that Silver had the ability to close the Genesis Portals, Professor Von Schlemmer insisted upon taking him to the Science Center.
