The Skorp is a character that appears in the Sonic the Hedgehog comic series and its spin-offs published by Archie Comics. It is a scorpion-based Badnik variant created by Dr. Eggman in the timeline brought forth by the second Genesis Wave.

The Skorps are orange, black, and grey robots resembling a cross between a scorpion and a tank. On each side of their body they have a caterpillar track for moving around and claws resembling that of a scorpion's. They also have round black faces with orange plating on top and a scorpion-like tail on the middle of their back that consists of several connected spheres and a mace at the tip.

Being a part of the timeline created by Dr. Eggman and Dr. Wily's Genesis Wave, a lone Skorp ended up in the Skull Egg Zone where it came across a Sasoreenu, while Sonic the Hedgehog, Mega Man, Miles "Tails" Prower, and Rush's party passed by.[1]

Note: From this point, the Skorps' history continues from their new life in the altered timeline.
