Sonic's Bodyguard Platoon is a group that appears in Sonic the Hedgehog Story Comic Volume 1. It consists of four human girls with animal features and skimpy costumes: blue (hedgehog), pink (cat), orange (bunny), and green (deer).
History
Not much is known about this group, other that they are Sonic's own female bodyguard group. Ironically though, when Dr. Eggman attacked Sonic's own pop concert and declared he would be taking over the concert grounds, the group was seized by panic, along with the Animals. Eventually, the blonde girl member stood up Eggman, which prompted the doctor to sent one of his robotic mechs after her. Right after, she was saved by Sonic.
Trivia
- Sara from Sonic the Hedgehog: The Movie is also a human with animal features, much like Sonic's Bodyguard Platoon members. Both Sara and Sonic's Bodyguard Platoon have common elements derived from Kemonomimi characters.
