Sonic 2 in 1 is a Game Gear compilation cartridge which consists of Sonic the Hedgehog 2 (8-bit) and the 8-bit version of Sonic Spinball.

This cartridge was released in Europe. Unique to most compilations, this game does not feature a menu or game select screen. Instead the cartridge automatically alternates between the two games upon booting up.
