The Sonic Rocket is a technique performed by Sonic the Hedgehog in the Sonic the Hedgehog comic series published by Archie Comics. When performing this move, Sonic swiftly side-kicks while airborne.

History

When the Sand-Blasters and Dark Legion (along with Sonic and Bunnie Rabbot, respectively) went to the Oil Ocean Refinery, Sonic had punched Beauregard Rabbot in the face, accusing him of kidnapping Bunnie. Upset, Bunnie threw Sonic to the refinery and the two began to battle. After Bunnie has launched her arm against Sonic by a nearby engine. Sonic then grinded on her arm and performed the Sonic Rocket move at Bunnie, only hitting her hat.[1]
