Sonic the Hedgehog is an album that was made by Arcade Music Co. in the year 1996. It has various songs on it, some based on music from Sonic games, others not. It has a music video for the album's single "They Call Me Sonic" (that uses some footage from Sonic the Hedgehog 3 and the scrapped game Sonic Ride) and a demo for the game Comix Zone.

The cover artwork for the album is the same as the box art for the American version of the game Sonic Chaos.
