Sonic to the Rescue is the fourth DVD of Sonic Underground episodes to be released. Published by NCircle Entertainment on 19 February 2008, this DVD consists of four episodes of Sonic Underground. The total running time of the DVD is approximately 88 minutes.[1]

Synopsis[]

Everyone knows that Sonic is a hero, but in Sonic to the Rescue you get to watch Sonic in his most daring rescues yet. In this DVD Sonic and his siblings will face off against the Mobian seabeast to stop ships from sinking and Dr. Robotnik and his henchmen in this action packed DVD.[1]

Episodes[]

  • "The Last Resort" - Sonic, Sonia, and Manic travel to a lovely vacation community, but with Doctor Robotnik holding sway over the whole area, it begins to look like the resort isn't as peaceful as it seems.
  • "Head Games" - The hedgehogs head to Speedster Island, where the natives all worship a series of stone structures that happen to look just like Sonic, Sonia and Manic.
  • "Dunes Day" - The hedgehogs travel through the desert, where they meet a tribe of nomads, but Manic doesn't trust the leader of the group, thinking they're up to no good.
  • "The Deepest Fear" - Sonic, Manic and Sonia visit Port Mobius, where they learn that a sea beast has been terrorizing local ships, but a conversation with Captain Squeege reveals that the monster is actually Robotnik, who is scamming the townspeople into paying him for protection.
