The Soumerca Egg Army is an Egg Army unit stationed in Soumerca under the command of Egg Boss Thunderbolt.

History

Shattered World Crisis

During the Shattered World Crisis, the Soumerca Egg Army managed to recover one of the seven Chaos Emeralds. When Thunderbolt contacted Dr. Eggman to inform him, he instructed her to hold onto it in order to lure the Knothole Freedom Fighters into a trap. Soon enough, Sonic the Hedgehog arrived with Sally Acorn and Amy Rose, and were set upon by the army's latest Badnik, E-113 Xi. However, the robot was destroyed when the heroes were joined by Mighty the Armadillo and Ray the Flying Squirrel. However, the army then ambushed the heroes and subdued them with electric projectiles, unwittingly triggering Sonic's transformation into the Werehog.
