Steve Broadie

Steve Broadie.[1]

Steve Broadie (born April 17 1948 - 19 August 2001, died age 53[2]) was an American-based voice actor who provided multiple voices for games in the Sonic the Hedgehog series between 1999 and 2001. Broadie later died of cancer in Los Angeles, CA, on 19 July 2001, shortly after the release of Sonic Adventure 2.


Outside of Sonic, Broadie is best known for voicing Michael Reynolds in Illbleed and several characters in Frogger: The Great Quest. After his death, the game sleeves of Frogger: The Great Quest have a dedication to him.
