Super Nitro[1] is a substance that appears in the anime series Sonic X. It is a secret type of green-white fuel used by the Speed Team.
Description
The Super Nitro is a high-performance fuel used exclusively by the Speed Team's racecars. It is seemingly only reserved for special occasions, evidenced by the fact that Sam Speed had to specially ask for it to be put into his car. When used to fuel the Speed Team's racecars, it is powerful enough to speed them up to over 500 km/h.[1]

While attempting to catch Sonic the Hedgehog, the S Team was constantly being outdone, prompting Sam to use the Super Nitro in order to outspend Sonic. He only managed that temporarily before Sonic outclassed him with a sonic boom.[1]
