That Archie Pic

Right. Now I actually have come to look at the Comics section, it seems that the Archie pic above would very much be the right thing to append in that section. However, we're stuck with a similar problem we had with Kragok.

I want THAT Death Egg in THIS thumbnail

That's the PIC from the Mobius encyclopedia, up above. It's the correct size and everything... but I wanna know how to place it. Preferably, in a thumbnail circa the pic to the right.

I know it'd probably be a lot EASIER to just copy and re-upload to OUR wiki, but if there's a way to do it without redundantly duplicating data, I wanna know... Molten Scandium 01:59, 4 March 2009 (UTC)

OR, to be more direct: well, view the source coding. I've taken my skills in banner design and designed a banner that LOOKS like the image thumbnail window. But it's really not. I'm... not entirely sure what you're accusing me of disobeying? You said no fan images, and I agree. The first one was an error on my part, for which I apologised; this big one on the talk page above I didn't try to put in Mainspace; I just wanted to show you that some fanart is, if anything, better quality and more true to the game interpretation than is Archie itself.

The half-face you just removed IS an in-game image: it's the sprite for the Death Egg you see in the roof of S3&K's Lava Reef (as I went to great lengths to point out in the description of the image itself). I just turned sideways so it would fit. Said sprite is (A) about as canonical as you can get, given that it's a game sprite, and (B) dosn't have a big silly comic crease down the middle of it. Which was why I was reluctant to use your suggestion.

Where'd you get the sprite from? An official Sonic website? Did you rip it from the game itself? Dude, I've seen dozens of realistic sprites on the internet. One looked so authentic it made its way on to a foreign TV channel. (Sonic Heroes for GBA.) It's likely copied from the game, but made by a fan. Therefore a fan make. Death Egg Zone similar to an MJ song

I heard the theme of the Death Egg Zone Act 1 from Sonic and Knuckles, and at the beginning it sounds like the chorus of Billie Jean. Listen closely to the song of the Death Egg and conpare it to the chorus of the song Billie Jean. CesarTeamHYRO 05:37, July 10, 2011 (UTC)

We need to create a page for each Death Eggs, as they are not all the same.

• Death Egg III (Sonic Battle)

They're not all needed, the "Death Egg I" isn't needed as this is that page. and there's no need to for a sperate Sonic Battle and SaSASR page. Myself 123 02:25, April 28, 2012 (UTC)

Don't get me wrong, the Death Egg, Death Egg II, and Death Egg MK.II (also maybe Death Egg (Sonic Drift)) should all stay, but Battle and SaSASR should be removed. Most of the new pages are word for word for the Original Death Egg pages. That's all, I just think it would be a lot of pages to surf through when most of the info is on one page. I'm all for making new pages, and I might even suggest separating out the Zones (i.e. the actual game stages from Sonic 2 and Sonic & Knuckles) as well. The first page should indeed just be "Death Egg". I never played Sonic Battle or All Stars Racing, so I don't know whether it's worth making a page for those (i.e. if they have a story reason to be made or whether they're just references to previous levels). -- Supermorff (talk) 06:35, April 28, 2012 (UTC)
