Ok I'm going to make this very simple. Mobius and Earth are the same planet, Mobius is just 1227 years into the future (no this idea is not taken from SatAM). Since there are humans on Mobius in the Archie comics and the map of both Earth and Mobius look so alike (the differance would be caused to the natural movement of the tectonic plates) it is possible that the humans call it Earth due to that being what we normally call it, the mobians due to them being a different spicies. More evidence of this is that none of the cities in Sonic Unleashed are real cities this could be due to how much time passed from now to 3237. Also in Sonic the Hedgehog '06 when two people use chaos control they can travel through time so it makes sense that in Sonic X they were sent back in time instead of a different planet and also how there was a chao garden. If there is a problem with my reasoning please tell me but personally I think it makes perfect sense.Ultimate silver fan 01:19, January 22, 2010 (UTC)

I know this thing was from two years ago, but I'd just like to point out that in Sonic X, I think I remember Dr. Eggman pointing out that Earth appeared to be in the same location (space-wise) as Mobius, or something along those lines. I think his conclusion was that they were in an alternate dimension, but regardless, I think the fact that Earth and Mobius are in the same location by his data are at least enough to prove that Mobius and Earth are definitely directly related in some way, whether it be time, alternate dimension, or something else. -- XIronGolemx 23:20, April 3, 2012 (UTC)

Somehow I dont think so. In Sonic Rush, when you first play as Blaze she says "Where on Earth am I?" I know shes from a different demention in this game but way would she say Earth if its called Mobius? Do they ever say Mobius in-game? SuperMario2 23:26, November 18, 2010 (UTC)
