I always used to call it Sonic 360. I think the 360 was the most prominent version - I even thought for a fair while that it was just for the 360. I just call it Sonic 06 now, but I think the choice of name could have been better - doesn't seem to be a very good idea to use a name that's been used for a game already! Okay, so I read somewhere that this game was also due for release on PC and Wii as well (wikipedia, i think). I was wondering what it would take to get this game on my new computer (i'd prefer it'd be a rom on a good emulator please). Finally, sombody is helping. So, PC and Wii release? To be honest, I looked on Wikipedia the other day, and saw that it was originally due for release on 4 systems: Xbox 360, PS3, PC, and Wii. Probably because the Wii was still new and buggy at the time, the Wii version was canceled. As for why he PC version was canceled, I have no idea or guess. But
i'm not looking for the actual game, I'm looking for a Rom (Read Only Memory disc image, for those who don't know) of it. And I'd prefer the PS3 rom, as I did not find an Xbox 360 Emulator yet. I also do not, under any conditions, torrent files. I have my own personall reasons as to why, but I just can't do torrent files. I am, however, willing to go to Mediafire, Rapidshare, Megaupload, or Doperoms to get individual .zip, .rar, or.7z files of the different parts. If you can still help me, I'd beVERY happy. Flame-o

A 360 emulator does not exist yet. Also, they were planning on releasing this game for the Wii, but due to...something...they made Sonic and the Secret Rings, instead.

Okay, so I found a working Xbox 360 emulator for my Vista (just for games), and my PS3Emu.exe needs a BOOT file of some sort. My 360 emulator only runs .iso and .img rom files. Does anybody know just what I need to run this thing!? Flame-o
What this game should've been about[]
Since this game is called "Sonic The Hedgehog", then it should've been about Sonic himself and how he came to be, NOT about him saving some dumb-ass princess who always got her ass kidnapped by Eggman. If they did a wii remake, not only should they fix the controls, but they should also change a few things. And this is just my opinion, so don't bash me for this.
1. The wii version of this game wouldn't be called "Sonic The Hedgehog" since the game isn't even about him. Instead, it's main title would be called "Sonic Next Generation".
2. During those cutscenes of Sonic and Silver fighting, they should make Sonic have the upper hand and kick Silver's ass with a powerful Light Speed Attack, right before Amy and Shadow (respectively) interrupt the fight.
3. Instead of making Sonic die, make Sonic survive Mephiles's deadly spear attack, and then he sees Mephiles for the first time. Then Mephiles introduces himself to the blue blur, and then Sonic recognizes his voice from when he traveled back in time with Tails and Knuckles. Then he realizes that it was Mephiles who lied to Silver just to send him after him. Then it leads to a boss battle where you play as Sonic to defeat Mephiles.
4. Then after Sonic defeats Mephiles, he goes inside Elise's head and shows her constant flashbacks about his father's death, and Iblis destroying Soleanna, and then Elise has had enough and she begs Mephiles to get out of her head. Then Elise crys, and then Iblis appears, and then Sonic continues to beat the hell out of Mephiles with a powerful Sonic Boom attack, and then Mephiles says "I admire your strength and speed. But however, you haven't stopped me just yet, just wait till I fuse with Iblis, and we become the untimate sun god, Solaris. Just try and stop me now Sonic The Hedgehog." And then he goes to his evil laugh. Basically just making Sonic alive throughout the final story.
5. They should fix all the glitches and cut the loading times short in the game, and remove those loading times during the town missions.
6. They should make Sonic much faster, and make him the strongest character in the game. Make his Homing Attack and Spin Dash more powerful, and give him the Light Speed Attack, and Sonic Boom attack (which is similar to his Light Speed Attack.).
7. Make Shadow able to use Chaos Blast like he does in his game.
8. Extend the scene after Silver, Shadow, and Sonic defeat Mephiles in his Solaris form, buy showing everyone else congradulating them, and then Elise tells Sonic to come with her and go back in time to when Solaris was just a tiny little flame, and then they give Elise and Sonic their goodbyes. And then before Elise blows out the flames, Elise and Sonic give each other their goodbyes.
9. Make Silver able to zip through the sky like he does in his actual gameplay.
10. This game should also have an intro using the extended E3 version of Sonic's theme song "His World", which is also the main theme song of this game.
11. During the last story credits, after Elise's theme song "My Destiny", they should play the full version of Sonic's theme Song "His World" (the main version done by Zebrahead.). And at the end of Sonic's story, right after that song "Sweet Dreams", they should play the Crush 40 version of "His World".

Regarding the similarities to Sonic Adventure[]
When it says that both games had a character die on screen, Gamma technically didn't die. The robot was just destroyed, but the Flicky inside of the robot survived. I think that that point should be removed. Nevermind0309 01:39, July 22, 2011 (UTC)

I m pretty sure that Eggman mentions Solaris being "transcendental" so I added that in the story. However my 360 broke a long time ago and I'm not quite the gamer I used to be, so haven't played this in years. 360 Acheviments[]
Well i have been working on the game lately and we need to add a lot to the achevment list. one of them is Silver's Move set completed but we dont have it and others. i would rip them out but i have only finished 3 acheviments. I belive the pictures need to be updated too. I also dont know how to rip any pictures from the game. If we updated the pictures we should probaly keep the old ones and put them in the gallery .

PARADOX[]
hey guys, i have noticed this paradoxial thing about the blue emerald.This is the Emerald which finds itself locked in a paradox loop over the course of the game. The blue gem is implied to have been Princess Elise's lucky charm for many years, and eggman attacks the Festival of the Sun to steal it from her. Elise throws the jewel to Sonic as she is being kidnapped, and Sonic takes it towhite acropolis as a ransom, where it goes in Robotnik's time machine. Silver later takes the blue Emerald from White Acropolis after beating the egg genesis, and uses it (with Shadow's assistance) to open a portal to the past and the Solaris Project. Silver then gives it to a 7-year-old-Elise, who presumably keeps it with her for the intervening 10 years until the Festival of the Sun is attacked. The problem here is that the blue Emerald never enters or leaves the loop; it didn't exist chronologically before Silver brings it to the Solaris Project, and it doesn't exist after Silver and Shadow warp out of the rad train ight arena. And, since it's been with Elise for the 10 years before the game, how did Sonic and Shadow use it to turn super and defeaperfect chaos, finalhazard, metal overlord, and devil doom?
Possible Reason fo so much hate: Fake Difficult[]
I've watched several videos of Silver kicking everyone's ass and him being the first boss. In fact, my mind had once reached the point of belief that he would be bordering impossible. However, when watching GameGrumps fighting, I realized the true strategy: Always have something between you and him and use homing attacks when he levitates whatever is in his way. So, in fact, this boss is a puzzle boss, an easy one. what makes it difficult is that the simple-minded (read: people that act before thinking/planning) just rush in and tries to "sneak around", rather than distract him. It didn't take me long to realise all you had to do to defeat Silver is to wait for him to manipulate an object before you had to attack. However, if you do get caught in an unfortunate postion, you will get cheaply killed. Myself 123 19:32, November 24, 2012 (UTC)
