Team Sonic are the main protagonists of the Sonic Boom franchise. They are a group of heroes who protects the tropical island home of Sonic the Hedgehog from the ever-present threat of Dr. Eggman and his robot legions, and as well other threats to the world as a whole.

Sonic Boom: Rise of Lyric

On what seemed as a regular day of foiling Dr. Eggman's plans, Team Sonic find themselves arriving on an island where they encounter an ancient tomb sealed deep within the island. There, Sonic makes a little mistake and releases a powerful snake-like villain from a race called the Ancients, named Lyric the Last Ancient, who plans to power his army of war mongering robots with the Chaos Crystals to destroy everything organic and create a world of twisted metal and robots. To stop Lyric's evil plan, the group must put aside their differences and find the Chaos Crystals before Lyric.

Sonic Boom: Shattered Crystal

In Sonic Boom: Shattered Crystal, Amy was kidnapped by Lyric the Last Ancient when researching secret ancient language and manuscript detailing the history and whereabouts of a Lost Crystal of Power. Lyric in his eagerness to get his claws on this long-forgotten power seeks to use Amy's knowledge to find this Lost Crystal and gain the power of a god. In response, Sonic gathers the remainder of Team Sonic to save Amy from the clutches of Lyric and his robot army.

Archie Comics

On a regular day on the beach, the majority of Team Sonic (excluding Sticks) came together to beat Dr. Eggman's Giga-Mech and forced Eggman to retreat. Shortly after, Sticks came to her team-mates with the grave news that Tails' house had been "robbed." While the team initially thought someone had stolen Tails' stuff, it turned out that Tails' whole house had been taken by what Sticks described as a Rock-cyborg, which had been planted under the house by Eggman. The team soon found the robot, where Sonic had Knuckles and Amy set up an ambush while he led the Rock-cyborg to them. Once the robot was in place, Knuckles and Amy struck its legs while Tails and Sticks hit it from behind, causing it to fall over. Sonic then delivered the final blow, making Tails' house fall back on its foundation.
