The Foreman[1] is a character that appears in the Sonic the Hedgehog comic series and its spin-offs published by Archie Comics. He is a large mobian Nerb and the Grandmaster of the Nerb Dark Egg Legion chapter.
History[]
Past[]
After the Nerbs were conquered by the Eggman Empire and the Nerb King vanished, the Foreman rose to power. At some point, the Foreman underwent the Legionization process and received a steam-shovel arm.[2]
Scrambled[]
The Foreman was one of the Grandmasters active when Snively informed the Eggman Empire that Dr. Eggman had died. Not caring about the news, the Foreman continued pressuring his servants to work. Later, as he was commanding his forces, the Foreman was teleported to the Death Egg Mark 2 with the other Grandmasters, where he saw that Eggman was still alive. After being told that they had all been tricked by Snively, the Foreman and the others were informed of the current objectives before teleporting them back to do their job.[1]
Personality[]
The Foreman is the nastiest of the Nerbs and a slave-driver, being a cruel taskmaster who constantly drives those under his command.[2] His only interest is keeping the Nerb Dark Egg Legion running, and cares little for whether or not Dr. Eggman is in charge. Despite his disinterest in Eggman, the Foreman is very afraid of the doctor, showing discomfort when Eggman lectured him and the other Grandmasters on how expendable they were.[1]
Trivia[]
- The Foreman shares several traits with the original Dr. Ivo Robotnik; like the late doctor, he wears boots and a cape, is fat and completely bald, and has a mechanical arm.
