Tocky (トッキー Tokkī?) is an animal friend that has only appeared in the 16-bit version of Sonic the Hedgehog 2. Tocky is described as peach-colored turtle with a green shell and an orange belly section.
Description
Tocky is known as one of Sonic the Hedgehog's animal friends, who seem to be resident sof West Side Island. Along with other animal friends, Tocky gets captured by Doctor Robotnik, as he uses Tocky as a power source for his Badniks. In the game, Tocky is only seen in Sky Chase Zone, when the player destroys Badniks.
Trivia
- Tocky has a walking animation (see above), which can't be seen in the game, since Sky Chase Zone doesn't have any kind of platform where travel (with the exception of Tornado's upper wing).
- Near the end of Sonic the Hedgehog: The Movie, Robotnik launches rabbit and turtle missiles, where the turtle missile was unsuccessful and being described by doctor as another design failure. The turtle missile bears heavy resemblance to Tocky.
