Description	The users link hands, creating a triangle shape, in order to catch air beneath their bodies and float.

Triangle Dive (トライアングルダイブ, Toraiangurudaibu^?) is one of the Power Formation maneuvers used by Team Sonic and Team Dark in Sonic Heroes. When performing this move, the team members join together to drift slowly through midair or reach higher areas by utilizing vertical drafts.

DescriptionEdit

When performing the Triangle Dive, all three members on the team arrange themselves in midair, like skydivers, into a triangle shape and put their hands close together in the center of the formation, while giving off their respective auras.

While executing the Triangle Dive, it enables the team in question to greatly slow their descend through midair by catching the air beneath their bodies, and to slowly move in all directions while in midair, similar to glide. The move can also be used in any area with vertical drafts (e.g. fans) to allow the teams to catch the upward draft generated and ascend to higher areas by gliding above the updraft.

To perform the Triangle Dive in gameplay, the team has to be in Power Formation (meaning Knuckles the Echidna or E-123 Omega respectively has to be in the lead). The player must then hold down the jump button while in mid-air, and use the control stick to move in different directions. To break the Triangle Dive, the player has to release the jump button.
