The Trooper is an average-looking anthropomorphic animal with auburn fur, a peach muzzle, green eyes and a brown nose. He also possesses small and sharp ears on the sides of his head and a fox/wolf-like tail with a peach tip. His attire consists of a blue police jacket, black biker gloves, black shoes and black sunglasses. When casual, he wears a black police hat with a golden emblem, and when riding his motorcycle, he wears a white helmet with a grey edge, grey straps, and a yellow star symbol on the front.
Spotting the Dude-Mobile going too fast, the Trooper gave its drivers a speeding ticket. Encountering the crew again the next day, the Trooper thought them to be the Bike Chain Bandit's associates after spotting chains on their backseat, and arrested them. After locking Dude-itude up however, the crew escaped when the Trooper got distracted by their fellow prisoner. While chasing after Dude-itude, the Trooper nearly fell into a lava river, but was saved by Tails. After Dude-itude then brought him the Bike Chain Bandit, the Trooper apprehended the latter and let the former go free.
Speaking in a thick southern accent, the Trooper is a serious and devoted police officer with a no-nonsense attitude. He is extremely dedicated to upholding the law and detaining criminals, regardless of how minor or major the infraction was, and when a criminal gets tough, he becomes equally as dedicated to stopping them. To him, no one is about law, even the quintessential hero type. However, his fierce dedication makes him quick to label even innocent people as criminals over the smallest and most unimportant connections to a crime. Still, he is willing to apologize when he realizes that he has made a mistake. Once he has his criminal in his grasp, he is quick to act smart and mocking towards them.
