Trusk from Sonic the Comic #24. Art by Richard Elson.

Trusk is a character that appears in the Sonic the Comic series published by Fleetway Editions. He is an anthropomorphic warthog and a lieutenant of Doctor Robotnik from the UK's Sonic the Comic.

He is responsible for rounding up Mobians to deliver to the Veg-O-Fortress for Badnik processing, and he commands a squad of Troopers with white armour (as opposed to the usual red). He wears a monocle and a green army uniform. When Trusk gathered up many of the Emerald Hill Folk onto his flying slave ship, Sonic and the Freedom Fighters tried to intervene. However, Trusk's Troopers were able to capture them as well. Trusk considered this a great achievement, until it became clear that Sonic had intended to be captured all along. Trusk's ship was attacked by the Mystic Cave Pirates, led by Captain Plunder. With the pirates and Freedom Fighters as allies, the Troopers were destroyed and Trusk was tied up and captured. It is unknown what became of him.[1]
