The Ultimate Annihilator was the ultimate weapon of the original Dr. Ivo Robotnik. It had the power to utterly erase any target from reality.

HistoryEdit

Robotnik fired the Annihilator only twice; first as a test shot at an Overlander captive, and later to destroy the whole of Knothole Village.

The weapon was damaged by Robotnik in his final duel with Sonic the Hedgehog, and its power was turned against the Annihilator control room, seemingly destroying Sonic and Robotnik in a single, titanic blast. However, the damage to the machine also saved Knothole, and Sonic's friends were able to save his life.

Snively Robotnik managed to kill his uncle by reprogramming the Ultimate Annihilator to target only his uncle's DNA.
