Wisp Color Organization (W.C.O.) Edit

The W.C.O. is a similar group to the Wiki Knights because it also protects the Sonic News Network. We are not here to compete with the Wiki Knights, we are here to help them. However, the W.C.O. was far more exclusive because there are only 11 Wisps total. In addition, the fact that the member's titles are Wisps makes the group more Sonic- related. What are the Cemayas?Edit

Cemayas are ancient warriors from another galaxy and they human like people but more spiritual. And they are also born with elemental powers such are fire for example. As you can see, they are the 7 Main Cemyas in the pic. The central is Light Cemaya, in the northwest is Fire Cemaya, in the west is Water Cemaya, in the Southwest is Forest Cemaya. In the northeast is Thunder Cemaya, in the east is Earth Cemaya, and the southeast one is Air Cemaya. This 7 Cemayas have a great power like the Chaos Emeralds. But this give you elemental powers. And it's possibly to create a super transformation, but only requirring their Sacred Necklace from their tribe. Since Cesar is the only one with the necklace, he is the only one to have such great power.

Trivias!/FactsEdit

At the end of my nickname, HYRO actually means Humans, Yellis, Robotics, Ornets.
Cesar the Hedgehog had an aqua blue fur before. But later moved to blue. But then fanon problems happened so now Cesar the Hedgehog is dark blue.
Cesar the Hedgehog is originally Cesar (human character or myself animated) and Sonic combined.
I don't like it when people don't type my name right. The only thing that is messed up of it, it's the term HYRO changed to HYDRO or Hydro. (Don't you ever mess with CesarTeamHYRO)
Cesar has gray bend because on his birthday he got cut in his arm by a Motobug that Eggman gave him. So Sonic told Eggman that he was not allowed to see his son (Cesar) again.
Cesar and Hedgehog and Human Cesar have elemental powers. And they have 7 elements.
